Service
Commissions are on a first come first
serve basis, and require a prepayment before
any work is started.
Larger projects may require a contract,
and an invoice to be reviewed and signed.
By signing the contract provided by
the artist (me), you (the client) agree to the parameters discussed in said contract, and that your transaction is void of any chargebacks once signed and received by the artist.
The method of verbal/written confirmation applies to any and all other projects,
once you (the client) confirm a proof is satisfactory, the same terms as above apply.
Any products that are received
(digital or physical)
may not be resold or profited from without expressed permission from the artist
(Derek Wilks Design) first.
This will include NTFs or any
cryptocurrency based transactions.
